We are offering more than 2,500 seed items for sale. Many new items are added every few weeks and some are removed as they sell out. We normally ship seed orders within 3 to 14 days, depending on the work load and if we have to obtain and process and run germination tests on new fresh seed. All seed orders have the same $2.75 charge for shipping/handling, We will ship seeds all around the world and the shipping charge is the same for all sized orders and destinations with first class air mail, Global Priority Mail can be used for many orders, and is a bit faster, this shipping option costs $6.00 For international orders, please know what your country restricts for importation are. All international orders are marked as "Horticulture Seeds". Most Countries will have a restricted list of plants and seeds, which may be found at the countries Agriculture authorities website.

We try to obtain the best seeds we can and the amount listed as the amount of seeds is the minimum seed contained in a packet- most will have more, if a seed lot has a germination less than 70-80 percent we will include extra seed.

If you have questions about seed quality- please let us know and we will test the seed and obtain new seed and replace any seed that is found to be defective in germination. We do not guarantee success with any seed sold, because a number of the seeds have very specialized conditions that need to be meet before germination and it is outside of our control if those conditions have been meet. But any reasonable complaint, we will try to resolve to your satisfaction. We offer a number of more difficult seeds to germinate, which many seed companies do not offer because they are harder for gardeners to grow. Because of this it is a tradeoff between a 100 percent blanket guarantee and a limited one. In no cases will we be responsible for more than the cost of the seed sold.

We do not have a mailing list, and we do not sell names to others- so by using our site you will not receive any junk mail from us or because of us. We do not have a written catalog - all current offerings are updated on the main web-site every few days. We have some satellite shopping lists that are only updated every month or so and they may have sold out items listed, but by adding an item to the shopping cart you will receive and error message if that item is sold out. During check out all information sent to us during check out is encrypted. We do not keep credit card information, so please do not ask us to add an item after the order has gone through, since we do not have the ability to recharge you credit card.
